Our Process
As a Suncadia contractor, working within the residential covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCR's) in the Suncadia Owner's Planning Information book along with the Design Guidelines developed by the resort; we can assist you in the planning of your new home. This can begin as early as the start of the site development and architectural design, through the design review process and all the way to the final landscaping. From concept to completion, we offer a full range of services to satisfy the needs and budgets of our clients as a part of our overall project approach.
As a Suncadia builder we are driven by affordable quality and handcrafted value. Your home is a significant investment and a personal expression that deserves the detailed construction a Northwest Style Home provides. From the classic to the contemporary, we strive to customize each individual home to illustrate your vision in both form and style. This means attention to design, esthetics, utility and quality.
Throughout time, there has been one commodity that is nearly impossible to mass-produce and that is quality craftsmanship. It is important for us to move along the building schedule of a home efficiently. As we have found more than once, the extra time spent on details offers even more beautiful results and makes for happier clients who have a greater appreciation for the uniqueness of their Suncadia home.
Our Suncadia Construction and Design Process
In order to develop a collaborative relationship with each customer, we look forward to client participation and prefer this direct contact when shaping the relationship of working together. For instance, it is always important to discuss the unique characteristics of how you see the usage of your home.
* Is it a weekend retreat from the city?
* A family get-together/vacation timeshare?
* Will it be your full time permanent residence?
We want to hear about your property and what ideas you have for your home and its surroundings. We want to hear about the kind of home you envision.
